Lecture 7 - Teachers Employment, Contracts and Collective Bargaining
Very often this aspect of Education Law is neglected, mainly due to two reasons: the major employer in our education sector is the Government and professionals in the education stream rarely view their employment contract as a contract at all. Nevertheless, when issues arise, and although they are not very common, they do in actual fact arise, one has always to resort to the contract regulating that employment in order to resolve that dispute.
