To mark International Women’s Day, Advisory 21 will be organising a one-hour live broadcast on Facebook to discuss various issues dealing with both the biological as well as legal aspects which highlight gender matters with particular focus on the employment world. This broadcast will take place on Friday 5th March at 18.00hrs. Joining us in this discussion: Ms Sonya Sammut, Dr Roselyn Borg and Ms Lynn McCormick

Among others the following questions will be addressed during this broadcast.
- Nature designs men and women differently – so should we try to make both genders equal?
- Should we build on our differences?
- Are employment laws adequate to cater for today’s much sought after work-life balance?
- What about the way the maternity fund works? Is it good? Can it be improved?
