Corporate law is Nicola’s main area of specialisation; she read for a Masters of Corporate Law (MCL) degree at the University of Cambridge and also successfully defended her doctoral thesis at the University of Malta, which was based on the Maltese courts’ interpretation of the company recovery procedure. Nicola is a dual-qualified corporate lawyer, admitted to practice as an advocate of the Superior Courts of Malta and as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
