Michael’s main practice areas are banking and finance, investment services regulation and general corporate and commercial. In particular, Michael is actively involved in both local and cross-border financing and M&A transactions. He also regularly assists on matters relating to insurance and investment funds.
In 2015 he graduated as a Doctor of Laws from the University of Malta, after submitting his thesis entitled ‘Reinsurance Special Purpose Vehicles: A Detailed Legal Analysis’.
