Kyle is a Lead Associate at Camilleri Preziosi, forming part of the financial services team and is involved in advising on a wide array of finance transactions; dealing with regulatory matters for financial institutions and banks; and investment funds and wealth managers.
He is also actively involved in advising banks with respect to their regulatory capital requirements and in assisting credit institutions in structuring and raising capital in the local capital markets.
Kyle was recruited as a trainee with the firm in 2015. In 2016 he graduated with an LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Malta and in 2017 he graduated from the Masters in Advocacy degree at the same university. In 2018, Kyle was appointed as an associate in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group and was admitted to the bar. Kyle earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Financial Law from King’s College London the following year.
