Ensuring legal compliance, dealing with misconduct in the (cyber) workplace, understanding the risks of online contact amongst employees and ensuring the well-being of employees is all on your, already long, to do list.

That is a lot to handle and this is why we have a webinar covering all these issues. Although locally home working was picking up most of us were not prepared to manage employees remotely and added to that neither were most of the employees prepared for such a sudden change. Added to that we now also have employees who work remotely from their home country.

During this webinar, Dr Christine Calleja and Dr Warren Ciantar will delve into the legal implications of managing employees remotely including dealing with misconduct and the cyber workplace which may include various allegations, occupational health and safety, monitoring and data protection. They will also explain the legal implications when employees work from their home country particularly when these are outside the European Union.

Who should attend?
