Employment Case Studies – Putting the Law into Practice

This webinar will tackle a number of cases (different to our previous webinar which dealt with other case studies) and participants need to think on how to handle the situations put forward. Participants will discuss and learn throughout this webinar.

Nothing beats learning through hands on examples and this workshop will just aim to do that. . During this workshop we will put forward real life as well as fictional employment situations and we will work together and follow a systematic approach to the analysis of each case. For example we will discuss the following:

• What is the issue?
• What is the goal of the analysis?
• What is the context of the problem?
• What key facts should be considered?
• What alternatives are available to the decision-maker?
• What would you recommend – and why?
• What are the legal implications?

Throughout this workshop the legal implications and law behind every case study will also be explained and delved into.
