Payment Terms – Undergraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety

Payment Terms

21 Academy’s 18-month Undergraduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety study programme’s course fee is €2,000, which includes all the costs except for when students sit for a re-sit, where a fee of €50 per re-sit is applicable to cover the administrative costs.

The academy offers the following payment terms for those who prefer paying the course fee over a 14-month period.

  1. First payment – €1,000
  2. January 2026 – €350
  3. April 2026 – €300
  4. October 2026 – €300
  5. January 2027 – €300

The academy will also accept payment terms suggested by the prospective student if the course fee is paid over a 14-month period starting from the course’s first session.

The total course fee for those paying in instalments will be €2,250. The €250 instalment cost will be waived for those who book by the end of June 2025 in exchange for a €500 non-refundable deposit. The following are their payment terms:

  1. Deposit by End June 2025 – €500
  2. Mid September 2025 – €500
  3. January 2026 – €250
  4. April 2026 – €250
  5. October 2026 – €250
  6. January 2027 – €250

Accreditations
The Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) deems this Diploma to be at Level 5 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.The study programme is also recognised by the OHSA as being a qualification that enables the successful graduate to be entered into the OHSA register of competent persons, which lists persons competent to give advice on matters related to occupational health and safety. This occurs after the relevant work experience, which is currently 2 years, is achieved.
