Payment Terms

21 Academy’s 18 month Diploma in Law (Malta) study programme’s course fee is €5,250 which includes all the costs except for when students sit for a re-sit where a fee of €50 per re-sit is applicable to cover for the administrative costs.

The academy offers the following payment terms for those who prefer paying the course fee over a 14 month period.

  1. First payment – €2,500
  2. January 2024 – €1,000
  3. April 2024 – €1,000
  4. October 2024 – €750
  5. January 2025 – €500

The academy will also accept payment terms suggested by the prospective student if course fee is paid over a 14 month period starting from the course’s first session.

The total course fee for those paying in installments will be €5,750. The €500 installment cost will be waived for those who book by the end of June 2024 in exchange for a €500 non-refundable deposit. The following are their payment terms:

  1. Deposit by End June 2023 – €500
  2. Mid September 2023 – €1,500
  3. January 2024 – €1,000
  4. April 2024 – €1,000
  5. October 2024 – €750
  6. January 2025 – €500

Accreditations
The Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) deems this Diploma to be at Level 5 in the Malta Qualifications Framework and the European Qualifications Framework for lifelong learning.

€4,025 will be refunded through the Get Qualified SchemeEmployers applying for the IIS Scheme under the 2nd Call will be eligible to receive a subsidy of €25.85 per trainee per hour in the case of training costs
