Cassandra Galea is a teacher of Dance, Drama and Musical Theatre, a dancer, choreographer and Fitness instructor. She began her teaching career with Kidstart Summer Club as a children’s facilitator and teacher’s assistant. She then put her work on hold to obtain her Diploma in Professional Dance with the Malta Youth Ballet Foundation. During this time, she played the principal role of Gamzatti in Ballet: La Bayadere, amongst other international dancers.
On obtaining her qualification, she began to work as a freelance dance, art, acrobatics and musical theatre teacher, dancer, Musical Theatre performer and choreographer with prominent schools and companies such as: Moveo Dance Company, Masquerade Theatre Arts School, School of Performing Arts, Grapevine Music, Bridget Gauci Borda School of Ballet amongst many others. During this time, she also performed in productions such as: Rock of Ages, Sound of Music, and was the choreographer and Ballet Mistress for The Phantom of the Opera.
