Course Objective
This Undergraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management (HRM) programme covers the key areas of the subject from a basic theoretical aspect while grounding it to the realities of today’s world of work. This makes it more relevant to contemporary human resource management practices. Given that today’s companies and organisations operate within a constantly evolving competitive environment, this course will help students acquire knowledge and insights of human resource management to assist better their respective organisations from a human resource management perspective.

Mode Of Assessment
Assessment will be based on self assessments, quiz, assignments, and a final research project.
Entry Requirements
- A qualification at MQF Level 4 (one A-Level or equivalent in any subject) AND an a pass in English* at MQF Level 3 (O-Level or equivalent).
Candidates whose first language is not English will be required to provide evidence of sufficient English language proficiency.
OR
- At least 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources Management. Applicants must provide evidence such as references, job descriptions, a portfolio of work or employment record from Jobsplus
OR
- In accordance with Academy’s Recognition of Prior Learning Policy
