Stefania is a warranted lawyer having graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws with European Studies, and as a Doctor of Laws, after submitting her thesis in 2016 entitled, ‘The Protection of Employment Rights of Third Country Nationals in Malta’.
Stefania’s main areas of practice include corporate law, where she has been involved in a number of local and cross-border transactions, relating largely to corporate and merchant shipping company restructuring exercises, and employment law and advises local and international clients on local employment law related queries.
