Gabriella’s main practice areas include Corporate and Commercial, Mergers and Acquisition, Taxation and Corporate Restructuring.
She joined Camilleri Preziosi Advocates as an Associate in February 2020, having previously worked in and assisted clients with regulatory aspects relating to credit and financial institutions, investment service providers and collective investment schemes.
Gabriella graduated with an LL.B. (Hons) degree from the University of Malta in 2017 and graduated with a Masters in Advocacy degree from the same University the following year. Gabriella was admitted to the Bar in 2019 and successfully obtained the Professional Award in Taxation within the same year.
