Nicole graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor of Laws in 2018 and a Master of Advocacy in 2019. Nicole started working with MamoTCV Advocates in July 2019 and was called to the Maltese Bar in March 2020.
Nicole’s main areas of practice include Litigation, Arbitration, Mediation and other Dispute Resolution and Real Estate and Construction. She particularly focuses on private international law, commercial law, contract law, human rights law and property law.
Nicole represents a variety of clients before both the Superior and Inferior Courts in Malta. Nicole is also involved in a number of arbitrations relating to commercial law disputes. Apart from representation of clients before Courts, Boards and Tribunals, Nicole also provides clients with catered legal advice in relation to various matters, including private international law matters, human rights matters and civil law matters.
